Been burned by the Jags 2 weeks in a row now. I'm done with them. They've joined the Browns in my "don't bet" list.

    Yesterday I had...

    Chargers/Jags to win straight up
Pats -1.0 (Once I heard Mack was carrying an injury I went in on that.
Eagles/Vikings/Redskins to cover - Eagles blowing a 17 point lead meant that never really got going.

I did an in play late on on Saints +3.5/Washington straight up. Saints were 3 points down at that point, and I didn't see how they would lose by 4 or more.
Won that courtesy of 2 missed kicks :)

So about a break even day yesterday.

I finished ahead too due to
    Over in Miami
    Over in the jets
Under in the Colts (due to 2 missed extra points by mr automatic) phew

First early lean of the week is the Colts @ 20/21 straight up. I'm happy to take on the raiders for the rest of the year will be monitoring the trades

Also like the 9ers going to Arizona. Wary of betting on games with 2 bad teams but Arizona are definitely worse and don't deserve to be favs against anyone but maybe buffalo. They had the look of a team that's written off their season on Thursday night

I wouldn't bet on the 49ers right now.

They are -12 in tunrovers the last 3 games. They might win, they might lose, I don't think there is any logic to it though.

Was more of an observation wary of pulling the trigger on it not comfortable backing shaky qbs anymore bortles taught me that

Had a busy weekend so the Colts was the only bet I done. Happy enough though looking back it has the look of a weekend that there was money to be made

Certainly was and even better in running. I got the Panthers -9.5 early enough when they were 14 points up and clearly well on top. Got the Seahawks -6.5 early too when it was clear they were dominating.

An early look this week draws me to the chargers going to Seattle. Seattle have appeared to have turned a corner but it's all based on running the ball well against poor run defences I feel like the chargers corners can get on top allowing them to stack the box and stop the run and Seattle won't be able to score enough to stay with them. I've always been wary of backing the chargers as their game management has been notoriously bad but I feel they are being a bit underestimated this year with their only losses coming against kc and the rams. Coming off a bye week can only help too suprised to see them as big as 21/20 straight up so I'll be taking a piece of that

Haven't got a chance to study the games before hand yet this season and no winners yet :( Been let down by 0.5 and 1 point in back to back accas. Usually dabble in the over/under yardage but not one yet this year. Should have time Saturday night to go through all matches and see what's available and hopefully a few quid extra in the pocket come end of play.

I don't like that. I know they haven't beaten much but after a very poor first two games they have looked good, even in the close loss at the Rams, and I'd never take a team against them at home.

I like the Browns and the under 52 today - weather never great this time of year and Hill is inactive

Famous last words but feeling confident today.

Double on steelers and chargers both to win 3/1

    Under 52 in Cleveland
    Under 37.5 in buffalo
    Under 46 in Denver
    6/1

    Falcons +2
    Saints +2
    Dolphins-2.5
    5.8/1

    Brown
    Ridley
    Kamara
    Anytime treble 8.8/1

Keep an eye on the in-running betting, I made a killing on it last week.

Treble of saints, panthers and Steelers for me this week, as much and all as it pains me to bet against my ravens

I do love it when things come together 3 out of 4 with the points bet going down. Managed to catch a big stroke of look too kept an eye on pats team news and when michel was ruled out I got Patterson at 11/2 anytime td he went to 13/8 within a minute of me getting on. Lovely day regardless with some fantastic games to watch

Patriots, Bears and chargers, all -6.5 treble for me at just over 4s today. On a roll at the minute after a poor start

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,127 ✭✭✭The real mccoy 91

    Going with
    bears ht/ft
    Bucs-3
    Atlanta -5
    Treble 5/1

    To score 2+ tds Trixie
    Hunt
    Gordon
    Kamara

Done a bit of stat reading for touchdown scorers tonight seeing which teams had good pass/rush offenses and bad pass/rush defenses so have went with these 3 Td scorers all medium

    Alex Collins Baltimore Ravens 9/5
    Kenny Golladay Detroit Lions 7/5
    Zach Ertz Philadelphia Eagles 13/8

    Good luck if following

Are these anytime TD prices? Would love to know what site you're using...

Bet365 had Collins at less then evens and Golladay and Ertz as shorter than these prices too...

Yeah anytime prices taken from oddschecker. For tonight on quite an obvious double if you can get evens+ Gurley and Hill both anytime or chance Gurley 2+ and Hill anytime

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,127 ✭✭✭The real mccoy 91

The chargers break my heart they really do thought i was taking the safe option yesterday going ht/ft @4/5 rather than the spread as they are liable to take the foot off the gas. I already know they are unpredictable yet I put myself through the pain far too often. Looking at tonight's I feel cooks might get some joy against an average chiefs secondary taking the wincast @15/8 2 or more 13/2 and cooks and hill both 2+ @25s

Thursday looks an ideal opportunity for a teaser treble on the favs think it should work out about 9/4

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,104 ✭✭✭markc91

Got a 6/4 request a bet tonight on Betfair for Kansas most passing tds and rams most rushing tds

Bears -4 @ Lions looks decent but I'm a bit concerned about the short rest going on the road.

In what world is there 14 touchdowns and Gurley at 1/7 doesn't get one!

Trubisky may not be great but he's a few levels up from chase Daniel. Detroit with a chance to spoil Chicagos big chance it's a tricky one for me can see both defences dominating and it being a field goal game

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,104 ✭✭✭markc91

Following on from 2/3 big price TD scorers last weekend tomorrow im on both Anthony Miller (Chicago Bears) 12/5 & Adrian Peterson (Washington Redskins) 11/8 + on Alvin Kamara for the treble.

With tre Smith looking doubtful marshall could see some snaps for the saints and he's quite big at 7s

    I've done

    Detroit/Chicago over 44.5 points
    Atlanta +13

I'm thinking about either Washington +7 or under 40.5 points in the other game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,127 ✭✭✭The real mccoy 91

With the lions missing both Johnson and Jones on offense and slay and ansah both doubtful on the defence I'm not sure I can draw up a scenario where they can score enough points to beat Chicago. Add golden tate to the list and they are missing 3 of their main 4 playmakers and the Chicago D is no joke. Gonna sleep on it but expect to be taking Detroit under 20.5 @8/11 for starters

    Bets for today
    Detroit under 20
    Washington over 17
    Double 3/1

Howard and zeke wincast double 5.9/1

Howard and zeke 2tds each 44/1

Bears still 100/1 on Bet365 to win the SuperBowl...

Bleacher Report saying they're in to 40/1 in places!

Definitely getting my value out of this one. 5e e/w at 100/1... in to 14s now. Unlikely with the offensives around but good for the interest!

What are the thoughts on Giants @ 90/1 for division?

For me dallas have a soft enough schedule that they won't be caught certainly won't lose enough to give the giants a shot

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,127 ✭✭✭The real mccoy 91

    Bets for today
    Detroit under 20
    Washington over 17
    Double 3/1

Howard and zeke wincast double 5.9/1

Howard and zeke 2tds each 44/1

Main double cashed. The bears trusted Daniel alot more than I expected hurting Howard's chances

5 games left, away to Saints, Colts, And Giants. home to Eagles and Buccs. Could see them lose all 5. But realistically... Saints, Colts games they won't be favourites and last games is away to giants. For me, hardest bit is the giants winning enough games. Currently 3 games back. Beat eagles, 2. Beat cowboys at home 1. So for 90/1?

They are home to the saints no? Probably irrelevant anyway as they will lose regardless. They aren't losing all 5 have you been watching them? And the giants to beat the eagles is a big stretch never mind win out beating the bucs and the 9ers isn't achieving much

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,642 ✭✭✭Deco99

Ive been watching and the cowboys are capable of losing all of those games. They probably won't. But I do appreciate that even @90s giants are not capable.

  • Registered Users Posts: 532 ✭✭✭ItAintMeBabe

Ravens -6.5, Patriots -10.5, Steelers -3 accum for me at 4.73/1.

Would be worried as a ravens fan, this is exactly the kind of home we should walk through, even with a back up QB, but make a total balls of.

OH has saints backed outright at 5s, sorry I didn't get on myself when I first thought it at 9s 😭😭

Anytime Touchdown scorers for today following on from last weekends 2/3
Mike Evans (Tampa Bay) 6/5 vs. 49ers (24th passing defence)
James White (New England) 5/4 vs. Jets (20th rushing defence)
Tyler Lockett (Seattle) 11/5 vs. Panthers (30th passing defence)
Gus Edwards (Baltimore) 11/8 vs. Raiders (22nd rushing defence)

    3 for me today
    Miami over 20 points
    Buffalo under 17
    Carolina over 24
    5.7/1

    Pats -10
    Bucs -1
    Steelers -3
    6/1

    To score 2+ tds trixie
    Breida 11/2
    Mixon 9/1
