    So I sent away the form for the change of reg details, including noting my card details for payment of the tax.
    They took the payment.
    They sent back a new vlc.

    The new vlc still noted it as a bus.

    Could the previous owner be a taxi/ hanki owner.
    Could they have registered their private vehicle through their business

    Changing tax class uses form rf111, not sure if change of ownership has a function to do this, however, now you are the registered owner you can apply for correct tax and use form rf111, surely?
