Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I got a text saying my free premium spotify offer was over. I paid the add on out of my credit but attached the wrong spotify account. Any idea how to transfer the Premium membership to the correct Spotify a/c?

Cancel Spotify premium sub at offers.vodafone.com/ie, wait for it to lapse, then subscribe again.

If I cancel now will it lapse straightaway or do I have to wait a month? Thanks!

I just topped up there. So basically €25 a month for same deal. Think I’ll see what the general reaction of Gomo is before changing. 25 a month is still half decent for data for a month and Spotify.

spotify family works out at €30 a year which is cheaper than €5 x 12

I saw those from middle of last year but was wondering if anyone with first hand experience could comment. Like is it worth it? Since seems you can only give them 3 months and 3 locations and they decided where and when you go. Wonder how much notice they give you

Even more strange that they are sending these offers to under 18s, telling them they can fly off for free somewhere.

I filled out the form and they contacted me after about a week. The flights are offered through Sweete (they are a promotions company for many businesses in Ireland, Flo Gas etc)

I got offered free flights to Barcelona in March 2020 but the flight times offered were not great and they are with Ryanair. Fly out at 17:10 on a Friday and fly back on the Monday at 12:00pm.

If I turn down the flight offered then I will get offered one more time and would have to accept whatever it is (obviously I don’t have to fly at all but a free flight is a free flight).

No but my wife's Spotify premium seemed to renew itself via them despite the fact she's no longer a Vodafone customer!

Did this perhaps include the one-off bonus data that Vodafone gave some customers last month?

I see on the Vodafone X offers it offers "100 any network minutes & unlimited texts". I couldn't see anything about free Vodafone to Vodafone calls. Does anyone know if these are also included?

Have a look on the Consumer BA forum for previous discussions about the "Free Flights offers" and see the advice offered.
    Advice is don't touch these!
Poor flight times, only 1 flight for free (another for €99 if required), charge if you don't turn up, takes a long time and work to get offered a flight.

Their 20 for all calls texts and 1Gb data is now 10Gb which appears to be not just an offer. Amazing what gomo can do to the market. Still small compared to others.

    Positive influence of GoMo.

They should really stop the pretence that Vodafone X only is for students and U25s though ... it is their only competitive prepay offer and anyway they are pretty knowingly letting people who don’t meet the requirements register (I doubt they gain many customer from their other prepay offers).

It’s to try and attract the young/student market which is the biggest money maker for top up plans I would imagine
