    Wouldn't mind seeing that myself.

Myself and the bird are going to the cinema either today or tomorrow. She wants to see Anchorman 2, Id rather scour my nads off with a rusty brillo pad.

Hoping to compromise by going to see Last Vegas instead.

Other than that, twill be a moochy moochy weekend for me!

Not sure if it's something I'd recommend to a couple tbh, like I said, very heavy - to the point where I was thinking about it today, although it was more the concept of the movie - it makes you grateful that the human race has progressed - although I'm reminded daily by the news about how we're regressing too

American Hustle got a B+ from me, well worth a watch.

Really looking forward to seeing this & Wolf of Wall St.

Got Rush there so hopefully I'll be giving that a watch tomorrow at some point

Not to be an ass, but any idea what the percentages are?

Not surprised to hear there are more slaves in terms of pure numbers, but when you consider World population has more than doubled in even 40 years, wouldn't surprise me if slave percentages were far higher 100/200 years ago, etc.

    Went to see Last Vegas.

Enjoyed it I must say, not too schmaltzy and some good giggles in it.

    Just watched Elysium.

I feel like killing myself. Worst movie I've seen in a long long time. Awful. Jesus I feel like crying.

Need to cheer myself up so opening my bottle of Laphroaig I got for Christmas.

It's a pretty bad film which is such a pity because I thought District 9 was very good. Nice idea but poorly executed.

Also, what the hell is with the bad guy's voice? Really threw me off the film entirely because of it.

Working on clearing my sky planner. 8% cleared by watching Avatar in HD. Last saw it in 3d in cinema. Decent movie though it's distracting when the obvious 3d bits come on. Now on to Luther series 3

Gutted the site was down today - I'd nothing to help alleviate the fear of returning to work :(

Thought Elysium was grand - nothing special but not the tripe some people told me it was before I saw it

Chest infection for the past few days & internet being down at work this morning weren't ideal when returning to work I will admit, can't wait for lunch absolutely pining for a sammich! :)

Got myself one of these bad boys over Christmas and finally tried it out last night after letting it air - slept like a king!

    Me, too.

First day back wasn't too bad, despite the fear. Flew until 3.30, at which point time seemed to stop for a long rest before it finally crawled round to 6pm.

    Pretty windy here, too, Coleman!

Aye, sleep was a little elusive last night. Pretty much caught up with work once I got into the office, though. 2014 is fine so far.

Bought a pair of jeans today in Arnotts.
Going straight back tomorrow to change them.

Note to self, always try on jeans before you buy them you numpty!

Picked up a couple of pairs myself in Best Menswear on Saturday. I find it terribly difficult to get jeans im comfortable in due to the fact I have very muscular legs so even a lot of boot cut ones are pretty tight, stupid legs.

    Thighs of Steeeeeeel!!!
I was given a pair of jeans for Xmas, was 30" waist on them.
I can't remember the last time I was a 30" waist, added to that I've gained weight this past year and well they know it!
Now a 32" waist on the other hand, I can remember...:(

Not a good idea to go for drinks on a MOnday evening....

    Thanks Penny's

Have only heard good things about the 506 range in fairness

Got myself another pair of GAP jeans last time I was in Dublin - can't fault them, cheap and comfy

Must have a look at these Levis 506, I usually wear Diesel, Mustang or RL but buy them when abroad as we get completely ripped off here.

Jeez it's been years since I had a pair of Levis :P

Must look at those too, handy for work where I destroy jeans at a vast rate, currently going through about 6+ pairs of jeans a year atm

That's a lot of jeans in fairness!

They're €50 usually but got another pair of them half price in a sale recently
