Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Apologies probably been asked before but anyone recommend somewhere to order Optimum nutrition Gold standard whey protein? Looking for somewhere reputable and best price. Thanks.

    Absolute overpriced protein but you'll get some at https://www.discountsupplements.ie/
    Just as good available a lot cheaper at www.Bulkpowders.ie or www.Myprotein.ie

    Every so often Holland & Barrett do offers of buy one get one for 1c which is really good value for gold standard.
