Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Best Gym for overweight person in Limerick

    Hi

    After alot of bad months and years living with my obesity i finally decided that i should do something about that and i need to lose weight but i am very shy person because of my body especially when im the only overwight person in the gym 😢

    Im seeking advice from people in Limerick to know what would be the best gym for someone in my situation with good coachs that would support my start as i don't know what to do first and where to start from

    Hi there,

    Hard to say really, where about in Limerick are you? I was a member of The Body Building in Raheen. Excellent gym, fantastic facilities, run classes etc. Only left as I moved. Don't mind the name, its not all just body builders or I wouldn't have been let in the door :)
