Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Red one is a beaut.

Wish Ulster had the opposite of that kit (white with red collar).

It looks I'll have to shed a good few pounds to try an do justice to them jerseys. The equivalent of a small child will have to go.....

No idea about the away kit, but Zebo looked to be wearing white shorts on the promo pic of the home kit released today.

I see Pat Howard has been signed by Northampton, shame about that, I know he was on a short term contract but I thought the did very well in the center, was noticable step above anyone else.

Regarding the jerseys, tough choice on those, the red on the home looks well, but there's something about the black one too, it's Batman-esque and I love it!

There's not enough Boi logo's on that kit for my liking.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,308 ✭✭✭✭.ak

I think I actually prefer the red one. I'm a sucker for simple jerseys.

    :rolleyes:It was clearly a joke...
And I see nothing wrong with BOI sponsoring us.

Now that work has started on UL and new centre... when is it due to be finished? Is it next summer or sometime before the end of the season?

Originally it was this summer, but they changed the plans to make it bigger so the had to reapply for permission. Then it was to be finished by January, but the last I heard it will be closer to the end of the season so the team won't be training together until next season.

Does this mean the split Limerick/Cork training sessions will be a thing of the past? If so, long overdue IMO.

Yeah. Once the new training center is open all training will be done in UL.

€12 early bird tickets to see Munster vs Grenoble in pre-season. Sadly a Friday night k/o rules me out.

    Fri 14 Aug Grenoble (TP)
    Fri 21 Aug Connacht (TBC)
Fri 28 Aug London Irish (MP)

I don't think they should be charging more than €10 for what is basically a training game where they'll probably use 30-40 players.

€12 for a stand ticket is very reasonable.

€12 is very good price and I don't see many ways you could drop the price further.

While after the game, all spectators are welcome to join the Munster players at a post-match BBQ in the Fan Zone Plaza

The post match BBQ is a great idea for the younger fans to meet the players. All we need now is a but of sun on the evening.

While I do like batman begins all other batman films were crap. Hope batman outfit in galway doesn't backfire next season ( or if I'm honest I hope it does) :-)

You won't have to worry about it. It'll only be worn away to Scarlets and possibly Stade Francais. Munster as always will be wearing red in Galway :D

I am very jealous of your swag this year. If I was a munster fan I'd be buying the ALW top, the anthem top, performance tee, and the jerseys are both great.

Addidas doing some really nice stuff this year. All their international tops are lovely too this year.

Munster vs Connacht preseason is rounding off the first day of the Limerick World Sevens. Very clever and hopefully that will help attendances.

It's also €10 for MRSC members for Munster vs Grenoble.

Saili potentially arriving sooner than November is awesome news. Bleyendaal, GVDH and Stander all had write off first seasons after arriving in November.

That's great. The November arrivals don't work out to we'll most of the time. Most give seem to lose their first year over it.
