    Finally!!?? U.S. CDC reports 'breakthrough' in vaping lung injury probe as cases top 2,000

    "CHICAGO (Reuters) - Tests of lung samples taken from 29 patients with vaping-related lung injuries suggest all contained Vitamin E acetate, a discovery U.S. officials described as a “breakthrough” in the investigation of the nationwide outbreak that topped 2,000 cases this week. "


    This thread is 2 months old, and the connection to 'Vitamin E acetate' has been obvious to most who can get 2 from 1 plus 1.

    Yes, I'm aware that there is more important issues at stake in this election. But while the politicians are listening to the people it is a good time to voice your opinion here. With Brexit we are losing a valuable lobbyist in EU TPD regulations.

    Other issues in Health (Trolley-watch), Housing etc will take planning and weeks/months to resolve, you can have your voice heard on this now.

    My kids heard on the radio that vaping is just as bad as smoking and are crucifying me at the moment! Maybe it is time to think about giving up altogether. Vaping may not be as bad as smoking but nothing is surely best of all.

    Make a claim against ash for emotional distress, it'd be interesting to see how that would pan out, a real test.

    I refuse to believe its as bad as smoking, having smoked for 5 years.

    Got home last night, knackered, collapsed on the couch for the evening and did a lot of vaping. Back in the day I probably would have smoked half a box of smokes in the same time frame. This morning:

    -Yucky phlegmy throat - nope
    -Cough - Nope
    -Pressure in my chest - nope.

    Nearly missed my luas and had to run for it - was able to run without feeling close to a coronary.

    I truly believe this anti-vaping agenda is irresponsible and ultimately could cost lives.
