Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ok, so I’m going to avail of this offer on Quidco tomorrow, as it’s now back to £50 cash back

I want to transfer from my KBC to N26
    (I also have revolut).

I note on the sign up page the code 3FREE eliminates the transaction fee, but that won’t work if I register my world remit account in Ireland. “Promotion available when you send money from one of the following countries: UK, Germany, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and USA.”

Would I therefore be better off sending the money from N26 to my kbc or revolut (instead of the other way around)?

What did everyone state for the receiver/ sender addresses - as I presume they must match the relevant country? Revolut = UK/ N26=Germany, etc. Irish address or parcel motel address?

Also, if anyone has a referral code, drop me a pm :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,775 ✭✭✭SmallTeapot

And when you registered with world remit, did you register as sending from Ireland or the UK for PTSB?

Also thanks for the referral code via pm :)

Transaction fee is only a small amount, I sent 120gbo from ptsb to Revolut and it tracked straight away
Sender and receiver I just put my own name twice

They wouldnt accept Revolut as the sending account but I’m not sure about n26

Does the mobile number they sent one-time password has to be unique?

Not sure what you mean by unique, I just used my own mobile number and when I went back a second time I used completely different details

exactly that's what I meant. I have only 1 mobile number. Is it possible to get virtual numbers like US here?

It says it should only take up to 4 business days to arrive in my bank account. I withdrew the money on the 24th from Quidco but as of yet no sign of it in my bank account. Is this normal or should I query it?

I made a claim on the 21st of March as my payment wasnt tracked. They still havent sent the claim to WorldRemit for processing. I won't be using them again.

This was finally sent to WorldRemit for processing so hopefully i will get my money.

I made a claim on March 16th and it still hasn't moved from the first step of "processing", no further info or sent to retailer.

This offer is back live transfer £50 and receive £55 cashback and if you use a referral link it’s another £10 each so £65 cashback in total for the new customer and £10 for the person who’s referral link you use
This is totally legit and well worth doing, you will have your initial payment back in your account very quickly so it’s really easy money
Anyone looking for a referral just drop me a pm and we can share some £££

Is it not £30 cashback for a £50 transfer and £55 cashback for a £100 transfer?

I just got an email from TopCashback today; £60 if you transfer more than £150 using WorldRemit. Offer is only valid for 24 hours however, it expires at 11 am tomorrow.

I had originally got the offer using Quidco but can I avail of this too using TopCashback if I set up a new WorldRemit account? Any idea if they check the source / target account numbers?

The last time I sent the money from my Irish PTSB Account to my UK Revolut BACS account. I now have a German N26 account too.

Presumably the destination account wouldn't matter but they might check the source. Has anyone successfully availed of the offer multiple times using the same banking details?

I've used the same source twice but different receiving details.

Thanks for the post. I was trying to use this offer again with a new number and debit card to pay for transaction but somehow it detected that I already registered before.

They seen you are using the same IP probably or same address. Was mentioned further back in the thread. I wouldn't tempt trying a second time until my first cashback was withdrawn.

After 3 months my claim has finally been approved by World Remit, however Quidco state it could be another 60 days before it is in my Quidco account.

This is the hardest £40 ever earned.

Update: Aib couldn't help but I contacted quidco again and they told me it bounced so they put it back in my account. I then transferred it to PayPal with no issues.

I sent the cash just now using your referral! Thanks!
I've gotten an email to say my purchase for £30.00 cashback has been tracked.
Should this not be £55 instead of £30??

I've been trying to transfer to Revolut and I've checked the details are correct and I've received my second email saying they cannot process the payment to Revolut so I give up now!!

"Your transaction has been cancelled because it was rejected by the local bank due to one of the following reason(s):

The recipient has received more than the limit set by the bank (daily, monthly, etc).
The recipients's account number provided is incomplete/incorrect.
    The recipient's name is incomplete.
    The recipient’s account is dormant/inactive.
The recipient’s account is denominated in a different currency other than Sterling Pound."

They're security checking my payment details!
    Is that a bad sign?
I'm trying to take the money out as an amazon voucher, so there are no details as such

I got that too, think it was the email address it didn't like, so setup myself as a payee first, then did a payment and selected me from the dropdown

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to send the funds to my UK Revolut and when it gets to the part to input my details only option I'm getting is debit/credit card as way to send funds?

Just got my second WorldRemit cashback confirmed there, this time for £60 from TopCashback. Took almost 4 weeks instead of the advertised two, but can't complain! That's £135 made from 3 transfers! :D

I've made more than GBP 200 across 4 accounts including self referrals. :)

Worldremit announced that had raised funding a few weeks back, so the giveaways were to boost their custom base.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,775 ✭✭✭SmallTeapot

So do you set up a new Quidco account each time?

(I thought it is not possible to set up duplicate accounts)

Well firstly one of the offers was with Quidco and one was with TopCashback. I used the same source and target bank accounts but used different emails and IP addresses so that must be all they're checking. Either that or I just slipped through the net.

Someone a few pages back mentioned something about getting caught using the same IP address.

Checked there, GBP 242 paid out so far plus I just converted another GBP 15.15 to amazon gift card from referral bonuses, should receive that later this week.

I have 3 debit cards (excluding Revolut) and 1 credit card and sent all transfers to my Revolut. Separate IP each time when setting up, then different browser when checking the accounts, just in case.

Just received this email from Quidco:

Zero fees on first three WorldRemit transfers
Send your first three WorldRemit transfers fee free.

Are you sending money home to your friends and family for the holiday season? WorldRemit make international money transfers easy, low-cost and hassle-free.

For today only, we are offering an amazing £60 cashback for first money transfers when you send over £200.

Unable to transfer today? WorldRemit will still offer up to £55 cashback on transfers until Sunday 15 December.

Can anyone recommend the best way to do it the second time around, I sent from my bank to my Revolut.
