    If I am masturbating regularly I try to avoid certain unhealthy foods like packets of Wotsits, Burger Bites , Meanies or Alien Spacers.

    I like to stick to a highly fibrous diet of fruit including Melon, Orange , Pear and seasonal berries. I have been told that this greatly inhances the flavour and aroma of seminal fluid also.

    Eat plenty of nuts - Brazil Nuts, Cashew Nuts and Monkey Nuts help to boost and empower your seminal fluid levels. - Please please please do not do this if you are allergic to ingesting nuts - use prunes and figs instead.

    Keep it natural and enjoy.

    I certainly have never found it to be so to be honest. Just like I can have a McDonalds for lunch and enjoy an amazing dinner just as much.     As can solo masturbation too. It certainly has not diminished or dis-improved my sex life any.

    But everyone is different. For the vast majority of people masturbation is perfectly fine. There are exceptions. And if you or anyone finds masturbation takes away from any other part of their life - they should certainly consider avoiding it.

    I suppose sex is the primary demarcation between a friendship and a romantic relationship is all.

    Or to look at it from another angle, in most traditional, non polygamous relationships, the act of cheating on your other half would be defined as sleeping with someone else, right? Sex is, in many ways, a defining boundary.

    As someone else pointed out that, you might be younger than me so no offence intended, to each his own :)
