Thanks and yeah, am not going to go into specifics as it's not relevant, only to say I can't really complain in that department.

Pre wife and kids so since I was a young lad I've always been a bit of a wanker lol....seriously though I've always tugged a fair bit. It's enjoyable, harmless to anyone else so why not? There are different ways to do it too so there's variety there too!

If you feel foggy-brained or if it takes up too much time or focus then you might want to do it less, or maybe restrict yourself to after your day is done. Likewise if you find it detracts from sex you might want to do it less, or check if sex is on the cards in the near future before doing it.

If you feel irritable or can't get to sleep, it can help with both.

If you aren't having sex regularly then it's physically healthy to do it because regular ejaculation reduces the risk of prostate cancer.

I think it is a bad idea to abstain if you aren't having regular sex.

Funny you say that. I do find if I can’t sleep clearing the pipes can help. I’m not regularly sexually actively though
