Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Duncan Ferguson in and captain

Tomori has been on the chopping block for me for a while, only 3 clean sheets all season, and now dropped for the last 2 (with Rudiger also approaching full fitness). Can't be carrying that through Christmas.

Targett works well for the weeks I need him.
    Williems less so.
    Cresswell would be the punt.

Zaha out as quick as possible.

Anyone know if Richarlison is at risk of suspension?

2 fts. Was going to get rid of Kane but he deserved another run out after today. Might do Pope to Guaita, Palace looking solid and he seems to be a baps magnet.

Rashford is getting hard to ignore. Next 4 are nicer than Jimi's...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,032 ✭✭✭✭Fitz*

    Jimi -> Rashford

I can do it with my FT and 0.1 to spare. I can wait and be ok with one price change but two and I can't. Probably do it tonight if Rashford makes it to the 90. He doesn't need to play Thursday night.

You must have more pressing issues than that

No shots today and only 2 in the last 3 matches though.. Palace are just a poor attacking team at the moment.

He's been ****e all season, had a small brief flurry of returns, he is back to being ****e again

Transfer window opens in 4 weeks, he’s dying to move, he’ll be all out to impress over the next few weeks

The plan is to bank this week but that never works out ... Does it?

  • Registered Users Posts: 805 ✭✭✭SameOleJay

Sterling to Mane, Mane and Mo next week with 2 fts for gw18 to unload.

Not worried one of them will be rested every game?

I'm hoping they've had their rest, a risk worth taking I think, the upside is huge.

Was planning to bank but now thinking of De Bruyne to Son. What concerns me is that would leave me without any City players...

Think I'm gonna bank, city's form is a concern as a KDB owner tho

I’ve phased out all city players. I don’t fancy playing pep roulette over Christmas.

KDB looked wrecked tonight, think I'll get rid. I don't want Alli, already have Mané and Son, no idea who to bring in

Not sure United are gonna be able to play pure counter attack against a team that open every week.

Ha, sold Martial two GWs ago. Rashford is the only Utd player I'd have going forward

Might need Tammy back if Ake and Cook are both out for Bournemouth.

5 games in a row now with at least 2 goals. Good on the face of it, not sure how it translates statistically.

Tomori out so I'll have 2 transfers the week after. But for who? Is Kelly likely to stay around for long?

Kelly nailed till Ward comes back from injury, he'll probably hold his place anyway, they seem a lot more solid with him playing

It’s true, but Rashford has been prime beneficiary of that.

I have Alli and Son. Would you take either or both out for Maddison or Richarldson

    No

Would you transfer de bryune or down grade Jimenez for Maddison or Richarlson

A bit unclear 'cos you mention no Jimi replacement.

    Save if 1FT
    2FTs KDB goes and roll.

    I'd keep Jimenez.

Everton do have a nice run coming up.

Richarlison or Siggy could be in contention.

Fodder striker for jimi so I can sell my fodder midfielder for Richarlson or Maddison alternatively keep de Jimi and.sell de bryune for either of them

First though is an underwhelming use of 2 FTs unless the rest of your squad (please post it and let us know how much in the bank and number of free transfers) rocks.

Ricky ahead of Mads in isolation.

I have Alli but want Son.

Think if I had Son then I wouldn’t really want Alli.

Think I’ll let KDB play against Arsenal next week and then swap him out for Son.

But double Spurs attack does make me feel a bit uneasy.

Have Son, will bring in Alli soon if they seem like being back to their best.

    Yeah.

Barring injury I’m doing Lacazette to Abraham this week.

Then next week KDB to Son.

Will mean having double Spurs and Chelsea - Alli & Son and Mount & Abraham but I’m ok with that.

I had Son, took him out for Sterling, Sterling went on a barren run, put Son back in, Son barren run, now Son out for Alli and Son starts scoring again.

I'm thinking of KDB to Son and having no City cover.

    That’s a cracking XI

I’m guessing there’s nothing in the bank? I wouldn’t be in a mad rush for any changes really, other than to bolster the subs bench a bit. If you could get Krllh even for Christmas itd be a nice insurance policy for rotation.

Jimi would be the one I’d look to change alright, so much value in 5 midfielders

When you say a barren run, what exactly do you mean????

Son has played 14 games this season, and has return in 10 of these games,
First game of season in GW3 he blanked
    Next blank was in GW8
Next blank was in GW9 where he came off the bench - only played 45 mins
    Next blank was in GW15

There are a lot of people on here that seem to expect a player to return every single week, and if not have to get rid, regardless of form/fixtures/off days etc.

So basically his "barren run" was 1.5 games?

I haven't really tempted to double up on Chelsea attack. Abraham has been their only player that I've had this year and I brought Rashford in for him a few weeks ago leaving me with none now. I thought Mount's early points were a bit fortuitous at the time and he's averaging about 3.4 ppg in the last 11 so he's not really too tempting for me.

Will prob get Abraham back in soon but 1 will be enough for me. I've double Leicester instead, Vardy and Maddison.
