Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Was looking for an off topic/random question thread and couldn't find one so I said I'd start it.

    Could anybody link me to a good source of info on swimming correctly?

    There's a thread here that was started by Kurt that's very good. That's a good starting point.


    I'd also take a look at the Swim Smooth site and The Tower26 videos on YouTube.

    It really depends on what stage of swimming you are at.

    Swim smooth is good but there are good individual videos online dealing wit particlar aspects of stroke.
