Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Running and progress

So start of the pandemic, I could barely run for 5min, by Christmas I was able to do 5k three times a week in under 30min, I was happy that there was some progress, however when I do the 5k im still beat, I don't feel I can do much more and I seem to have stalled. Does help that I am constantly battling, shin spints, stiff back etc and have to keep on top of stretching.
My speed have never improved, if there something I am doing wrong?

sounds to me like you are doing well

im pretty much the same as you, i started from not being able to run at all to doing 5ks regularly , but i still cant break the half hour mark.

fair play , keep the head down and the times will come down
