Cancelling Phonewatch and alternatives to consider

    Hello, I would like to cancel our Phonewatch monitoring. Is there a charge for cancelling? Can/will they remove the equipment?

    Is our only other option to go with a slightly cheaper monitoring company or is there any other options we should consider?
