Cancelling Phonewatch and alternatives to consider

Hello, I would like to cancel our Phonewatch monitoring. Is there a charge for cancelling? Can/will they remove the equipment?

Is our only other option to go with a slightly cheaper monitoring company or is there any other options we should consider?

You need to ask your service provider these questions re cancellation.

If out of contract you should not be charged by them if moving to another provider.
