Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    In your profile-Go into settings and options, then edit options and disable what you don't want, I did it years ago- as hate getting unnecessary emails or notifications.

    Do you delete emails or text messages after you've read them?

    I don't unless my work schedule is busy and I'm tired, if I snooze during the day, I usually sleep poorly that night.

    Yeah i do, on average I'd put up about 16k steps. These days its up around 20k
