Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That,s right (or no diverter valve) but I'm talking about a conventional combi boiler like the one (Baxi) above that states it has this integral by pass?

Hi John, its a small bore pipe between flow/return with a spring loaded bypass valve (so would only open when the pump is running but the system flow is blocked (by a closed motorised valve) and is designed to accommodate pump over-run.

It is however always recommended to install a system bypass and auto-bypass valve external to the appliance.
