Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can anyone tell me if their bills are easy enough to understand and whether you can decipher what you're paying for gas and what you're paying for electricity?

    Thanks

Bills are easy to understand. You get separate bills for electricity and gas.

mine actually do come on the same day (online) but I think that might just be a coincidence. Open to correction on this.

Mine come in alternate months, i.e. this month I got the Electricity bill and next month I'll get the Gas Bill.

Not sure why that is, maybe just something to do with when I made the switch

    Hiya,

Is it true to say that although you make the switch to Bord Gas - you still get your ESB bill from ESB Customer Supply??
I made the switch myself last year and I still get an ESB Customer Supply invoice/bill/statement.

    Cheers

Our Bord Gais electricity bill is incorporated into the normal gas bill. Are you sure you've been changed over?

Howa!! Just rang Bord Gais - and they have a record of one of their reps ringing me about 6 months ago alright - but I was never switched over cos they never had my MPRN number - and yer man never chased me up on it.
    Mental.

    Thanks for that!
    :O)
