Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I did. I'd call them medium on the low scale. Thankfully I'm close to the border where hot is hot.

    Tea has a delicate flavour best enjoyed mild anyway :cool: I suppose Ill get them anyway

    they apparently are. I have a sweet tooth but even i couldnt see myself having them for breakfast :confused: I couldnt get a picture up but they're an own brand of these

    I use to have them as on a diet to keep type 2 diabetes away and found them handy way to have a “breakfast” and get in fibre etc

    Then I looked at the sugar % :(

    I dont know how you thought theyd keep it away when you didnt look at the nutritional profile :confused:

    Oats and raspberries (fresh or frozen) are great for fibre in a breakfast!

    All new to me, plus when you're handed pages of dietary suggestions you try your best

    Diabetes means avoid sugar, that's all I look for
