Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There is a village called Wan k too. I've had my photo taken at the sign there, along with thousands of other English speakers too probably. Wonder what the locals think.

ya there's another village in Sligo near to Tubbercurry called Curry.

believe it or not Curry had a sign just off the road for a swimming pool.

There's a couple of mountain peaks just south of Killarney called The Paps, only a Kerryman could come up with that one. Or Lixnaw or Poulnahaha...

The best one though is: Lyracrumpane

    Oola, Co Limerick.

Heard a story once about two pretty dim US lady tourists who were looking for this place. They stopped a local farmer and asked him "Excuse me sir, can you give me directions to Zero Zero L.A.?".

Come to think of it, I myself live in L.A. Valley (Lavally, Co. Galway).
