Just a heads up I think Lifestyle are doing 20% off for new customers when you sign up to a newsletter or whatever the equivalent is that they have. Just use a new email if you have an account already.

Yes - mine was a legacy Business number. Had the same issue.

They moved it to Personal account and the App worked away fine ever since.

No difference from my end in regards to (legacy) Business or Personal account.

If it's an active Business account it could be a different matter.

I don't know why they put the Lifestyle Sports voucher as a prize. You can always get a 10% off voucher from the Vodafone app anyways.

got a 5e credit , completed the details ( they forgot to ask me dob and mother's name ) and got a email back saying credit will be applied within 7 days ( most likely on the 7th day)

i have a feeling the 5e credit is given to payg users with built up credit, to ensure they have 1% chance of spending it in 28 days..( you need to spend your accumulated credit first , and then the bonus credit , but not on apps/premium numbers/carpark)

No, bonus credit is used before normal credit but, as you say, what you can use it for is very restrictive to the point that it's completely useless to many.

That's my experience also. I won 5 and 10 bonus credit in that order but only the 10 has been applied to date.

Is everyone able to access the app then?

I haven’t been able to access the Vodafone app for months now. Just downloaded the most recent update and once I log into the app all I get is a pop up message of “your new app experience is on its way” and then saying they are updating their systems.

Am I the only one getting this?!

app is fine ; just when they need to enforce an update you can't open the app, and then it redirects you to playstore ; maybe pause app, clear cache and uninstall , then download and install again

Seve OB I just saw your posts on the previous page and that screencap you posted is exactly what I get. So it seems to be a weird glitch that blocks out business accounts…hmm I’ll have to contact them then I guess and tell them to switch me to a personal account as not sure how I ended up with a business one in the first place.
