Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Thank you to the two offers, just ordered another set of the iFrogz wireless earphones for the smallies, got a set yesterday and they are really decent, work out at €12.90 with the code. Thanks again.

    Thanks for the heads up on these, as I probably wouldn't have used the accessories voucher otherwise. I ordered them as a replacement for one of the kids and they arrived today. They're a wee bit heavy, but they sound way better than €12.90 suggests. Kid is happy out.

    Anyone know how to redeem a code? :D I won a €5 top-up and got a code but no link on where to redeem it; "top-up by code" option only accepts numbers but it's an alpha-numeric code. No email received.

    Edit: seems it's https://www.vodafonefantasticfreebies.com/ which didn't show up with a google search as the website is not secure.

    Thanks Shane worked great! You have to claim the prize within 24 hours but voucher valid until next year when redeemed.

    I won a just-eat voucher too and redeemed it by entering the code etc...haven't received any confirmation mail with my actual just eat voucher though? This was a few days ago...

    Am I missing something?

    Must be unlucky, the app doesn’t work for me stating that they have upgrade of some sort, deleted, downloaded again and still the same? Is there a way to remove it from the cloud and them download again? (Sorry i have no clue)

    I had that issue last year, took me maybe 4/5 different phone calls and eventually it was sorted but it was a nightmare. I don't have any advice except to be lucky and get a customer service agent who cares, sorry

    Go on to their chat. Was having same issue, then on website says account was inactive. Sorted in 15 mins, even if did have to cut lad off at end so could leave work.

    Got it working, got a scratchcard, €5 off accessories which I won't use so its up for grabs
