Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Got onto our chap today, so the ball is rolling again.. Thank you to all!!..

    Plan in my head is for a a very open plan for now, dormer, with at last three rooms and dormer space for 4th room.. Super glazing at the back, and lots of partition doors or something that we could do inter-changeable on the inside with rooms.. Will update if we get anywhere

    Dormers are not traditional housing, have enhanced tendency to leak and much harder to insulate.
