Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It's freezing, I'm starving and dying for a slash.

This is a good point. I sat by the fire for a bit to dry it, but I will have to use the hairdryer soon

Worse is when you have something important, like a key for a door or a padlock, and you say to yourself "right, I'm going to put this in such a place so I won't forget where it is"......and then forgetting where you put it.

Happens to me all the time. Usually re-find the things by accident.

Also when you tell someone that you've lost something and they say "Where did you put it?".. Just f off.

Rude check out assistants, not having the decency to hand back your change into your hand only to fcuk it down on the counter.

If it was put in to my hand,i gave it back the same way.If it was flung on the counter,i put the change back on the counter.

I have struggled out of bed every morning this week and then when I get to have a sleep in ...Boom... can't sleep.

Being woken by the house phone at 6.50 and seeing the caller was a familiar number. Not a friend but one of those “ there is a problem with your computer “ calls Had taken ages to get to sleep so it was especially unwelcome.

Update #1: Breakdown Assistance came out and managed to start my car.
I got to the NCT centre in time and passed the test.

Update #2: Car is in my driveway and won't start again this morning. :( Time to get a new battery on Monday. It was last replaced in 2008.
