The press around them is bad but I know a lad in my college who says he was depressed throughout his teens and until he went to college and started taking them and going to the gym. Says it boosted his mood completely and he got fitter. But I have heard a story of a guy who killed himself because he started hearing voices…

I was a member of a gym in cork very basic place you would see the guys come in and a few months later lifting twice the weight you could,owner apparently wenta bit crazy on them too.
