    It's all relative. I'm in my 60's now, - I think the 40 and 50 yr-olds are stunners.

Something like that. As far as I'm concerned the 40-somethings are fine-lookin' things, the 30-somethings are saucy chungwans and the 20-somethings are kids. :pac:

I look better now at 41 than I did at 21. Back then I was very overweight and dealing with mental health issues, I didn't care about myself and it showed. Now I'm in a much better place, I've lost a lot of the weight and just generally happier, I have more wrinkles than I did back then but so what. I've lost the haunted look I wore for years.

I'm 36 now and think I'm infinitely better looking now then I was in my 20s. Could be a confidence thing too. I was always skinny and couldn't grow a whisker in my 20s, but now I'm properly filled out and have a full beard, I do feel a lot more confident.

I'm 46 and like fine whiskey, the older I get the more attractive I am. I'm your tall, well-built, ruggedly handsome type. Somewhat but not entirely tangentially, I think a lot of women benefit greatly from a few laps on the clock and a little lining and wrinkling, gives 'em lovely, attractive character.

    I want to see it

I'm late 40s and it's mostly 20 somethings chasing after me.I stick to women my own age.

I literally can't go shopping without some young wan grabbing me and telling me i'm good looking and where do i live.

I couldn't get a second look from a woman when I was younger

Can't get a ****ing look in. Big fatherly protective bear theory strikes again. I think I'm gonna put on 50kg and see how I get on.

I'm now identifing as a bit crumbly. But I'm still better looking as a middle aged git than when half my age, I grew into myself.

You might want to start worrying about the early-onset dementia though.

I'm a 36 year old guy and I have to say that I've aged well.

Get far more female attention now than I did in my early 20s.

Yeah women tend to get desperate when they hit their mid 30’s, enjoy.

I actually don't enjoy the attention

I'm naturally shy and not promiscuous

Women get angry with me when I don't engage or accept their advances

Some men seem surprised that other men actually attract women or get attention

It happens , attraction is real

LEGIT just because they don't APPROACH YOU, doesn't mean that women don't approach. Women are constantly on the look out for desirable men and will approach when that man presents himself. Some people really live with their head in the sand.

I had the exact experience as you. Apart from that second bit.

You sound incredibly vain which is one of the biggest turn offs on the planet. The only people you will attract or other vain people.

Yes and you don't need to do anything at all if they're interested in you

    Women will initiate contact

If not i guess men have to work at it

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,639 ✭✭✭completedit

Yeah women will make it PAINFULLY obvious that they like you. I always find it funny when people try to console you by saying 'I'm sure you've had plenty of admirers and you just didn't know it'.

I found women will make the first move in bars, clubs or online however not in a coffee shop at half one of a rainly Tuesday.

Women working at supermarket checkouts are insatiable if they like a man

I guess it's the infrequent contact, literally get the hand pulled off me when paying

Often in an indirect manner, like standing beside the man of interest and "accidentally" brushing off him or bumping into him. Sometimes they get their friends to push them into a man they want to talk to.

Sometimes they just stand staring at you through a crowd with wide open eyes like a poltergheist.

I'm 38 and sometimes get lazy and let the back and side hairs from my male pattern baldness grow out. My hair is greying rapidly and when it grows out I look much older.

Then I get it shaved to the bone and with 3 day grey tinged stubble, I look 10 years younger and transform into a very sexy bastard*. Think a stubbly Jason Statham with glasses.

    * according to my OH....and me.

I've been pretty much bald since my late 20s. Hated it back then but now wouldn't want hair as I look like a badass when shaved and it's so low maintenance. Also it seemed to make me more attractive to the ladies than less.

Of course not, these men do not go to an online forum to brag about it to complete strangers to artificially boost their ego.

Not all of them. Some do. Some think insulting you is the way to your heart. Some just insult you because they don't like you. Some make it PAINFULLY obvious only to turn round and say they aren't interested. I've seen it all (in my day for anyone trolling my posts).

You seem well versed bro. You're a few years older and you've seen it all. Very interesting reading your insights.

You've seen around all of the world's women? The ratio is approximately 50:50 men and women so you've been with approximately 3.8 billion of women.
