Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

People are saying after the voting on the Tier 2 in football. Suppose people need to see structure before deciding on buying

Here it is on the official GAA website. Just screenshot it and make a complaint if they end up costing more

    https://www.gaa.ie/tickets/gaa-season-ticket/about-the-season-ticket

You can buy the Ticket on-line only and you will need a credit card or debit card to do so.

You pay an initial base price of €120 (or €200 for Adult Club+) and then Pay & Play applies. See 'Price & Payment' below for more details.

    Price & Payment

The GAA Season Ticket covers the following for your county:

GAA 2020 Allianz Leagues round matches
Opening match of GAA Senior Championships etc etc

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,262 ✭✭✭big_drive

I haven’t got anything about renewing my hurling season ticket

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,578 ✭✭✭✭KevIRL

Gives me the option to renew mine (hurling) but when I go to complete payment I get an error message

'We are sorry but an error occured. If the error keeps repeating please contact support.'

I didnt receive an email though so maybe its not fully live yet

  • Registered Users Posts: 150 ✭✭Pat201

    Got the renewal email

Now hoping to get value for it and Waterford get out of Munster

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 38,885 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

made a balls of it and had to send off an email

Something went wrong with the renewel link and i hit the reset the password button and done it and signed in. No option to renew and its like im buying the season tickets for the first time instead of renewing them. To make that simple i want to renew instead of setting up a new account

Another one what if ur not part of a club, there should be an option 'Not Applicable'

I always thought that it was a criteria that you had to be a club member to purchase a season ticket?

I’m not a member of a club and I don’t even live in the county. I can’t remember what I put in. Maybe I put in my local club.

That’s since day one of the season ticket. I guess they’re happy to get the thousands of euro off me over the years than if I’m really a member of a club or not

    Renewed mine today. All good.

  • Registered Users Posts: 140 ✭✭Greensoup

I’m limerick and haven’t even got the email yet. Looks like I’ll have to be fully awake doing the renewal.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,042 ✭✭✭kaizersoze

I didn't get an email but followed this url...
    https://seasonticket.matchbox.ie

Signed in with my old credential and got a prompt that an email was sent to me with a link to change my password. That email went into junk incidently.

Followed link, changed password and logged in.
All my details were there and I clicked renew. Paid and job done.

    Galway hurling.

Cheers, i logged in to that new website you gave and a minute later I had email in junk from season tickets that got me to reset password and ready to renew. Thanks.

The link that was sent to me to change the password didnt work and I reset my password through the 'forgot my password link' and reset it through that and everytime I log in its comes up like the pic

I have to put in all the details again but from the sounds of the working renewals there was nothing like that ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,983 ✭✭✭mystic86

Where is the renew button? When I click on 'Manage Season Ticket' it loads up a page with my name and the ticket I had in 2019 in a type of box like that looks like a ticket stub or something, but I can't click on it...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,466 ✭✭✭mayo.mick

The site is still in development so still being updated. Mayo and Dublin still not available for renewal

I’ll fire them off an email or does anyone have a number you can contact them?

On email do they respond promptly?

Thanks for the reply, that red box area is blank for me, and no tick box option...

I'll wait and try again tomorrow before contacting them.

Anyone else notice a date renewals close? I don't see it stated anywhere. Thanks.

Emailed them yesterday told me I should be ok if I 'sign in' instead of using 'buy my first season ticket' option but I'm still stuck so I emailed them again nothing back yet

I dont mind signing up for a new account but prefer to just renew and keep the same numbers etc

Had season tickets for Galway hurlers and footballers so it looks like we don't have enough funds to even send off a renewal email :pac:
