Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ring Alarm

    I noticed that the Ring alarm has been just made available in the UK.

    My wife is presently in the US. The Ring alarm is quite a bit cheaper there. Is there any reason i should buy the UK over the US one? Does the US alarm work in Ireland? I am Ok that there is no cellular backup and no professional monitoring...

    Sorry for the late post, but I'll just mention in case others come across this.

    Ring uses Z-wave, which use different radio frequencies in the US to Europe. Using a US device in Europe would be illegal and quiet likely to suffer from interference and would not be compatible with extra devices sold here.
