Our site is a political social network and learning tool. Our aim is to create a new online political hub that promotes discussion amongst citizens, and between their elected representatives, through interactive debates, in-depth government pages, and dedicated politician and party profiles.

We are looking for a developer with experience in Python and Django.

Experience with web design, including Javascript, jQuery and AngularJS, is very welcome, but not absolutely essential.

Work will include:

-- Modelling political data and presenting it in a user-friendly way;
-- Social network features, e.g. work on an activity feed and notifications;
-- Implementing features for discussions, like up/down-voting of comments with a reputation system, load comments on demand in long discussions, etc;
-- Improving admin pages (written in Angular and interfacing with a REST API);
