What is going to happen to Civil Defence in Limerick and Tipperary?

Since the North and South Tipperary county councils are merging and Limerick City and County councils are also coming together does this mean the relevant units of Civil Defence are merging? What happens to the CDOs of those counties? Will one from each county be out of a job/demoted to ACDO?

Yes, demoted/sidestep. I'm led to believe that they will loss none of their entitlements, pensions etc.
