Was watching one of my street/road/ wars show couple of week ago and came accross this yoke.... I hav'nt a breeze what it is... looks maybe like a Skoda but only just any ideas?

Holy jesus. To hell with the California Chargers, look what this guy in Michigan plays with.

For those not up to speed on Detroit's current products, that bulge in the hood marks it as a CTS-V, with a 6.2l V8 cranking out 556hp. Not the fastest police car in the world, but certainly the fastest with four doors, being around Nurburgring faster than the BMW M5. Unless some police force has a Quattroporte, I guess. And being a Cadillac, it's probably quite comfy as well.

[Edit. The same police force, Bloomfield Hills PD, Michigan, also seems to have an XLR-V.

Wiki explains it. Bloomfield Hills' entry says thusly:

Apparently, the buck eejit who owns this vehicle is an Irish chippy working somewhere in Australia, who decided to decorate his work van like a Garda paddywagon. Just for the craic like.
Quality smartarsery of the highest order. I wonder what the Aussies make of it all.

PC Peter Slimon, George Cross, 27 December 1973

In possession of a firearm in connection with protection duties, the officer intervened in a bank robbery at the National Westminster Bank in Kensington High Street , PC Slimon was wounded in an exchange of gunfire, and attempted to pursue the bank robbers as they escaped from the scene.

Although shot and injured, PC Slimon shot dead one raider and wounded another.

In 1973, the DPG would probably have had Morris Minors and Webleys!!!!

The Polizia di Stato is one of the national police forces of Italy.

It is responsible for providing general police duties in Italy; patrolling motorways (autostrada), railways, airports, customs (together with the Guardia di Finanza) as well as certain waterways, and assisting the local police forces.
