SWIM CO-ORDINATOR

Responsible for co-ordination and programming of all pool activity, including management of swimming teachers, marketing of the programmes, and management of relationships with local groups & clubs.
RESPONSIBILITES
... Sales & Marketing - Undertake and co-ordinate local marketing activities to maximise the available capacity of each Swim Academy level and term.
Human Resources - Working with the Operations Manager recruitment, management and development of swimming teachers and lifeguards.
Administration - Co-ordinate swim academy in order to maintain quality delivery of the programme.
SKILLS
• Level II swim teacher and / or RLSS lifeguard
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in successfully driving sales
• Previous experience in managing a team
• Good knowledge of sports delivery networks
• Previous experience working with children
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of people and organisations
• Self motivated and able to work without supervision

Nothing set in stone apparently. They said they were looking for somebody that can be called on a Tuesday to cover for somebody on a Wednesday at a certain time so I reckon the timetable would be (partially at least) changing from week to week. I'd say the job would be 15-20 hours a week. Hope this helps!

Full time position for data entry clerk

The company that I work for are looking for a data entry/admin person to start in January. The position is minimum wage to start off but there's a good chance for promotion for the suitable candidate. It's a permanent position, 39 hour's per week Monday to Friday. Experience isn't essential but you must be computer literate and be able to type at a reasonable rate.

The company is Duggan Systems & the position is located our offices in Patrickswell. Pm me if you're interested.
