Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Samsung A10 stuck on 3 logo? Frozen?

My 7 month old Samsung A10 had very low battery (about 15% left) when it suddenly froze completely, displaying only the 3 welcome screen, and I don't have the option of a battery pull to restart it.

What are my options for a fix?

    Thank you.

    Try this

To reboot the Samsung Galaxy A10 , press and hold the power button and the volume down button on the side of the Samsung Galaxy A10 until the screen turns off.

Thank you!! That worked a treat!

Out of interest, could my critically low battery level have been a contributing factor to my phone becoming frozen?

Possibly but lots of other things to.cache not cleared on phone. Memory nearly full. To much "stuff " on your phone. There's a few things.

Most phones now have a smart doctor or optimization tool. Try doing that. There's probably an app as well. It will basically clear out all the junk on your phone.
