it's all good news for Gemma - she hopefully will get the opportunity to stand up in court and put her case forward as to why she was justified in her actions and comments about this couple. The media will report her words and he can then get the exposure she craves ..... however, this comes with some risk of .. y'know ... the courts not really agreeing with her racist outlook on life

She's tainted with accusations of racism following the issue with the actors from the Lidl ad and this will probably be on most peoples minds. I'd say it a very long shot for her. Takes a lot of feet on the ground and knocking on doors to get elected she needs a large team to get this done.
