BE old buses

what do BE do with their retired service buses? I know suitable buses would be transferred to the school bus fleet but what of the likes of the VWLs?

Express Bus have a few of the ex-Cork ones from 1999 and 2000. Some still have the Bus Éireann upholstery on the seats and visible BÉ livery underneath.

Never heard of Express Bus, got any more details or photos?

Any examples of UK operators using ex BE buses? I asked because I know a lot of DB buses went to the UK for further service but never heard of BE examples being exported

Express bus is a private bus service has a yellow livery. It operates private hire but also operates services such as airport shuttle, parkwest shuttle, itb shuttle etc. It's based near damastown in mulhuddart

That would be a Roger.

Edit:

I tried to gain access to "that place" in recent weeks only to be declined.

There is now a residence built on the land.
