Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi, I have also applied and haven’t heard anything yet. I did see on another forum that someone posted on 26/09/19 that they had a video interview to do... not sure if that would be correct after the applications only closing 3 days previous. It is normally around 2 weeks or so when you get invited to do assessments and an interview.

    Just to highlight that passed on previous Aer Lingus recruitment processes be prepared for a long wait with no updates. This is not posted in a negative fashion but just an fyi based on the experiences posted on threads over the last 4-5 years.

    I wonder if happen the same to you guys.
    my application status stills the same:”invite for the online tests”, even though I made the video interview.
    I’m thinking about sending them an email or ringing but I don’t want to bother them :/

    Google for “aer lingus north gate arinso”.
    then, open the first result.
    in the upper right corner you will see “sign in”.

    By any chance did the number begin with +88? I have a missed call from that number and tried to google it and thought it was a spammy number 🀔

    The Aer Lingus numbers begin with 886...So if you have missed a call from any number with them digits its definitely Aer Lingus.

    Mine isn’t that it’s +882. I missed the call while in work which is annoying. But ive sent them an email just to ask and hopefully it was them and they’ll still talk to me.

    Aer Lingus HR is generally a Dublin 01 number beginning with 886

    Hey, I had my interview on Monday 25th - We went in and handed all our documents, then they brought us in to check our height and if we fit into all the cabin crew seats as well as a height reach test. Then we had the actual interview itself, (waited about 40 mins to be called in) pretty standard interview questions. Got asked if I'm aware I'd be working unsociable hours, holidays etc and if I'm ready for that. Then a question about teamwork and resolving customer issues. Pretty straight forward, then standard questions about flexibility, notice etc. Wasn't a long interview, everyone was extremely friendly :)
    Waiting to hear back now!
