Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    He already has a suspended sentence but from what I've heard he's been charged with disrupting court proceedings. UK law is very strict on how you interact with people appearing in court when they're entering, leaving and in the court and its environs (or words to that effect). Robinson breached that law.

    Of course the usual ****bags here have whipped themselves into a fury about how this is all another (((left-wing))) conspiracy. :rolleyes:

    Ah come on now. Who describes themselves as a free speech lover non-ironically?

    The UK is a multicultural society. For those societies to stagger along, there has to be repression of rights and freedoms, including an absolute denial of free speech. There is an immense amount of double think: That multicultural society is entirely peaceful and wonderful. Except its also a powder-keg to the extent that a person standing outside a court, having a conversation with two bystanders while streaming it is a clear and deadly threat who must be imprisoned for fear of strife.

    This double think, which the great and the good pride themselves on, requires repression to enforce it. Freedom of speech died a long, long time ago and most people are conditioned to be comfortable with that as a necessary cost to hold two entirely incompatible views.

    Absolutely. This is the real story here not so much the arrest.

    Hard to comment without knowing the facts but if it is the case that reporting restrictions were in place for a sentencing of yet another Muslim grooming gang ostensibly to protect the victims - then this could be one hell of a story if it's true.

    Whatever the motivations of TR if he has exposed this story then he is to congratulated for this if for nothing else.

    Whatever ones opinion on Muslim immigration I don't see how anyone could ignore the seriousness of the prevalence of specifically Muslim grooming gangs. It is without doubt a story that absolutely needs to be highlighted and if there are those who think it shouldn't lest it might ignite racial hatred then we are in disagreement.

    I realise we don't have the full facts surrounding the court case today and I'm eager to get hold of them. I'm actually hoping there are not as they have reported on this thread because if they are it's just shocking.
