Petrol station doesn't but you have to screenshot the countdown timer when redeemed to save it as it expires after 30 mins.

Correct.
Only expires when the promotion is finished.

I've definitely wasted a few prizes in that case!

You can ask for a replacement item if they don't have something in stock.

Usually a KitKat or Redbull

Related to my last comment, I had a Froster and I didn't really want it so the guy let me swap for a Red Bull ... could be worth seeing if they would swap for a coffee or something else

In my experience those car wash codes work a few days beyond the valid date.

I got one during the Christmas Scratch and win and it worked a few weeks ago! No idea if I was just lucky.

I think cooper was talking about a car wash that he had redeemed and he had the printout. The code on it lasts longer than the 5 days it claims, in my experience. That's what I meant anyway.

Exactly, it’s the printout with the code you type into the carwash itself I’m talking about. My local circle k printout is valid for 10 days, but I’ve definitely used them on day 12 and 13.

I know scratch and win is over but is anyone else finding the app is no longer working at all. It wouldn't open at all for me so I deleted and reinstalled...will take my email and password but then it just dies. Any advice?

I don't think so. The T&C's said that you'd get one entry into the draw per day played. There was also a prize for the top scorer.

The top scorers were averaging over 150 points per play. At my best I was getting 60 odd. You'd wonder how they achieved those scores consistently, it's not exactly a game of skill.

The top scorer in the bonus game got a €250 Circle K voucher.

Then (according to the t&c's) a random draw would be held for all those who played the bonus game.
There would be 5 hamper prizes available which would include a PS5!
Very slow letting people know though.

I guess a playstation is a fairly apt prize if you're a whizz at the Bonus Game.

I never seemed to get more than about 30-40 points a day. Didn't have the dedication, patience and knack required to accumulate the hundreds / thousands of points the daily Top 5 seemed to be able to get.

Not only did the Top 5 not seem to change very much, but some of the names seemed familiar from the previous competition.

At least the scratch part of the competition regularly dished out some nominal prizes, though many were so nominal I didn't bother collecting them in the short time you had to do so.

Competitions usually say those who enter a competition can request names of winners, and companies often make use of the publicity, which winners may have to agree to as part of entering a competition.

Being able to request the names of winners seems pretty reasonable to me and ensures some level of transparency that prizes have been distributed.
