    I've had the KitKat screenshot issue too. However, staff in Coolmine seem to be on the ball. They enter in a code manually to override the system issue. Seen it a couple of times now.

    as someone said....grumpy staff is the main issue and not the IT systems :) !

    Different station this morning. Had a voucher for nuts, they didn’t have any. Lady who appeared to be the manager says take a bag of hunky dory’s there instead if you like.
