Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This is what worked for me after many different attempts at homemade pizza.

    Dough

    Sauce

If you don't already have one get yourself a cast iron skillet/pan like this one

    https://www.nisbets.ie/vogue-round-cast-iron-skillet-pan-255mm/m655

and then use the method this guy uses in his YouTube video to make the pizza which is a combination of dry-frying & grilling the dough

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXAW2GseICs

the trick is to have your skillet pan smoking hot & have your grill on & really hot.
I also use the bagged pre-grated mozzarella as the mozzarella balls end up too wet on top of your pizza.

Give me a shout when you have mine ready, bacon & mushroom for me please;)
