    It was Christmas Day here today on a traditional early thing. Girlies arrived home from the shopping trip and we had the whole turkey and ham thing that I had ready at 6pm! Little G had roasties, mash, turkey, ham and gravy. Me and Mrs G had that, with sprouts, stuffing, cranberry sauce, carrot and parsnip mash. Its done now. A mad mix up for Christmas day next!. Pressure off!:D

    Toasted bannock with butter and blackberry jam.. Need a day off food...

    The cats ie the newbies managed to access (!) a defrosting chicken..:eek: Needless to say they did not get any breakfast as there was no fast to break and I need to sharpen up security ;)

    Fresh coconut which was delivered as part of a fruit delivery to the office. Very tasty.

    cos I was/am ill/in pain and forgot to put the chicken away.. It was for them as I rarely eat it, so they were just preempting the occasion!

    I’ve never tried cranberry juice with sparking water, I must give it a go.

    The cranberry juice and sparkling water is a winner, but the beans with the mash just doesn't make sense to me to be to be quite honest.

    There should be some kind of culinary law against it.
