    I really liked the P900...the P1000 is just outstanding, sooo much fun to use! (for me at least, I appreciate it is not everyone's cuppa).

    No, not yet, l'm hoping the price will come down a little. I only got the P900 at the beginning of the summer so am still trying to get to grips with it. Maybe for next Christmas :).

    The last time I got a 'decent' shot of the ring - I enlarged and sharpened it - and sent it to a guy called Thomas Kealy whose name and email address I found on line as being a a cormorant ring coordinator


    He thought the ringing was originally done in Wexford and was going to check further... heard nothing since
    Have forwarded him this one again this morning
