    The poweringrewards site seems to have been redesigned.

    However, it's very buggy. It keeps logging the user out e.g. when trying to redeeming offers.

    Firefox, chrome and edge all acted the same. Some opened fine, others would not. Just asking to login all the time.

    As per Davy's post, I have tried Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer - same behaviour. Just tried to redeem an offer now, and again the website logged me out.

    All seem to be working now, any I tried opened the code/redeemed page after logging in once.

    There seems to a problem with the site again as it rolled into the new month. Can't get the Supervalu/ice-cream offer to redeem at all.

    Can you advise what happened when you tried to redeem the voucher?

    If you send us your details by private message, we can take a look at your Electric Ireland Rewards account.

    We will need the following information to proceed:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)

    We can then look into your query for you
