E bike for over 60s

I'm fond of cycling,and since retirement I get out every day Now a bit of arthritis in my knee makes hills difficult, I'm wondering what the most suitable electric bike for me would be. I would guess you`re after more torque/hill climbing than speed so i`d go for one with a crank drive motor as opposed to hub.

Apparently the Bosch and particulary the Yamaha mid-drives get good reviews
