Interesting looking at the global fleet of SSJs on FR24. Some seems to be doing short, Embraer cityhopper type runs of an hour or so, others are doing good meaty 2 or 3 hour, ~3,000km runs. Seems to be a capable jet - a real mini dreamliner with long and think routes

Looks great and so far every operator of the SSJ has had nothing but praise for it. It's been in service for five years now so has matured as an airframe and has a pretty good safety record, one fatal crash due to pilot error and a gear up landing also due to pilot error.

Every operator thus far has been either closely related to the project/Russia or have gotten serious discounts at the expense of Russian tax payer, I really don't think either can afford to say anything bad about it. It's been in service for 8 years and so far has only seen just about 100 deliveries. 10 out of 10 businesses in the free world would have pulled the plug and walked away from it long time ago.

What I really fear is that the aircraft will suffer the same fate as Tu204/14. Nice machine, quite a few number built but due to the low demand, the factory simply could not afford to keep them running. we all know how that ended

    Showing as AF51 on flightradar24......
No destination listed however. Expect ETA approx 1830ish. (Am just guessing based on map distance)

Would this have been flown by CityJet pilots or ferry pilots? Would CJ pilots have a rating on this yet?

They're going to have more than one. They'd want a full run of regs

Any news on Cityjet pilots' rating for the SSJ?

    Is EI-EIO available?

Technically not ( issued to a Seneca in 1991 ) but no longer active so a pleading letter to the IAA might shake it free.

Looks like the EI-SJ_ sequence is open though.
