HTC One- can't return a call immediately if I reject their call

Hi, I have a HTC One (5.0.2) and if someone calls me & I select 'decline' I can't call them back immediately, have to wait about 30 seconds or so. I have Comodo Mobile Security installed, could it be linked to this or is it a known issue? I'm planning on deleting the app and test after but before I do wondering if others…
