    I've sent them a communication! Trouble with having a Friday pick up is nothing happens for at least two days....

    Yes happened to me 2 weeks ago. Account had dropped to €6 apparently hence no pick up. No text alerting me tho whereas I had in the past.

    Edit: oops! I'm with oxigen not greenstar!
