Whats peoples preference for Muay Thai shin guards?

Looking at getting a new set but not really sure which ones to go for. Have my eye on some Yokkao ones that I like, any other good quality brands?

Had a look at Fairtex, Sandee and Twins ones but some of them are a bit, exuberant looking.

I like twins, but haven't tried the rest of the list.
I have a set of grappling shin pads that are useful of MMA sparring, but not MT, avoid anything like that

I have a pair of Revgear that are good without such a hefty price tag think they cost £60ish.

I'd go top king everytime. Unlike twins, boon etc the foam on the shin is structured and doesn't slip around as much.

Also the top king have a foam insert where the footguard is connected to the shinguard, you wouldn't believe how often you boot people in the elbow right where the two meet.

Also they are usually available in plain colours without all the flashy decals if that's what you're looking for.

Peetrik is figting MT a very long time, I'd be inclined to go with whatever he recommends regarding MT.

Btw Peetrik, I'm working with a lad (in the G) who trains up there with you guys. An Albanian lad, good doorman :)

Funnily enough I actually ordered top king in the end :)
    Almost went with Yokkao though.

I've also done exactly that and it smarts a bit.

Went for grey camo as the plain were a bit too plain but the rest were insanely brightly detailed/coloured.

Literally any online MMA site will get you shinguards, limiting factor is down to what brand you want/ budget etc

I actually ordered mine off Kingdom Muay Thai, was the only Irish site I could find that did Top King or Yokkao. Sound chap as well.

I had not any personal experience to use Muay Thai shin guards. But I have buy online RDX Sports Muay Thai Shin Guards & complete protective gear kit for my elder brother as a birthday gift this year. There online customer care service was really good. And still I haven't hear any complain about these gear from my brother as he is using it on daily basis in a local club where he get training.
