I worked for a company for 3 months and let myself be emergency taxed for the entire duration as a method of keeping myself from spending my entire wages.

I am currently employed with another company (3 week gap between both. Do I need to go into the tax office to claim back my tax from my previous company, and if so, what do I need to bring? Also how long does it take to get the money back generally?

Assuming it is all in the same year your new employer should give it to you in your wages if you are properly taxed.

It is in the same year, so I don't need to do anything?

You need to ensure that your current company is set up with a tax cert.
